Abstract
Leading celebrity trainer, wellness innovator and Whole-Body Health Coach, Michael George introduces a revelatory body/ mind program to the world of fitness. He integrates PFTT?漏, a performance-based, functional movement fitness training technology which integrates the latest in exercise science, neuroscience and somatic (body-centered) psychotherapy practices for accelerated body transformation results. Connection of the body/mind system leads to a truly holistic, lifestyle altering wholebody health transformation experience. All bodily systems inclusive of the embodied psyche and soul are designed to function in harmonic partnership as a balanced system for optimal Whole-Body Health. Lifestyle behavior, attitude, environment, belief systems, body-structure patterning and a healthy diet, all must be aligned for the synergistic integration of the body/ mind system. Integration of somatic (body-centered) therapy practices into fitness protocols shifts the primary focus from solely a body-image perspective toward development of a more conscious, body-awareness mentality. This shift in perspective facilitates deeper connection with the intuitive self. In connecting with the 芒??wisdom of the body芒?聺 we bridge the gap between the (ego-based) conscious and the highly intuitive (soul-based) unconscious. Mindful awareness within movement-based exercise facilitates a synchronistic connection to the bodies 芒??needs and wants芒?聺 versus separation from body and or coercion to transform to 芒??unrealistic芒?聺 or self-defeating body image demands. In making the body/mind collaboration a primary objective we literally expedite all body-transformation goals including that of weight loss. Moreover we open the gateway to greater self-realization, life balance, sense of purpose and lifestyle behavior modification in all areas of life.
