The global obesity epidemic has become a pressing issue not only for individuals but also for governments, public health organizations, and society at large, as it affects various socioeconomic groups across age, gender, and cultural lines [1].
Despite the widespread awareness of the serious health risks associated with obesity, effectively addressing this issue remains a challenge.
