Positive psychology, with its focus on promoting individual and collective well-being, offers valuable insights and strategies for encouraging responsible family planning and environmental stewardship. By cultivating positive mindsets, embracing diversity, fostering empathy and compassion, strengthening social support, and inspiring environmental stewardship, positive psychology can help create a conducive environment for sustainable population policies. By integrating positive psychology principles into population policy initiatives, we can move towards a more balanced and sustainable future for humanity and the planet.
