Abstract

Next-generation biologics represent a paradigm shift in the treatment of complex diseases, offering innovative approaches to enhance therapeutic efficacy and patient outcomes. This article explores the evolution of biologics, focusing on engineering strategies and technological advancements that enable the development of more effective therapies. Key topics include the design and optimization of therapeutic proteins, the role of gene editing technologies in creating novel biologics, and innovative delivery systems for targeted treatments. Challenges such as immunogenicity, manufacturing scalability, and regulatory considerations are discussed, along with future directions in
biologics development. Embracing next-generation biologics holds promise for addressing unmet medical needs and revolutionizing the treatment landscape for complex diseases.
