Abstract
This article explores the transformative role of therapeutic supervision in the context of overweight and obesity, providing a comprehensive overview of its application as a holistic approach to well-being. Therapeutic supervision, traditionally employed in mental health settings, is adapted to address the multidimensional challenges associated with excess weight. The paper examines key components of therapeutic supervision in overweight individuals, including emotional resilience building, behavioral modification strategies, exploration of underlying factors, cultivation of positive body image, and the promotion of mindful eating.
