Melinda J Ickes
Biography
Dr. Melinda Ickes is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Kentucky. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 2010. Dr. Ickes teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in health promotion at the University of Kentucky including: Program Planning, Health Promotion and Behavior Change, and College Health Promotion. Dr. Ickes is a faculty associate for the Kentucky Center for Smoke-free Policy, and the Director of both Tobacco-free Take Action! and Go Tobacco-free, two initiatives to promote tobacco-free campuses.Publications
