Graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Patras (1991). Training as Resident at the Department of Dermatology, Universities of Göttingen, Germany and Patras, Greece (1994-1998). Doctoral Thesis (1998) at the School of Medicine, University of Patras, Greece. Academic appointments (from 2001 to 2006) : Lecturer at the Department of Dermatology, School of Medicine, University of Patras, Greece. Since 2006 Assistant Professor at the Department of Dermatology, School of Medicine, University of Patras, Greece.
Research Interest
Lectin and galectin expression in human epidermis, human pappilomavirus infections and new modes of treatment, systemic immunomodulation under imiquimod therapy, retinoids, Behcet’s disease
