Biography
Paolo Nardi is an Associate professor and Cardiac surgeon at Tor Vergata University of Rome Italy. He did International clinical trials like SHARP (Simultaneous Hybrid Revascularization by Carotid Stenting and Coronary Artery) , STICH(Surgical Treatment for Ischemic Heart Failure: Multicenter international trial (Europe, Asia, America), RED-CABG Trial. Effect of Intracoronary acadesine admnistration for cardioplegic protection during coronary artery bypasses surgery with extracorporeal circulation. He published 125 articles.
Research Interest
His Research interests are Anticoagulant treatment in the immediate postoperative period in patients subjected to valve replacement with a bio prosthetic valve, Evaluation of long-term results of surgical repair and replacement of the aortic root, of surgical treatment of the heart failure and of surgical repair of the mitral valve, Role of non-invasive diagnostic tools (cardiac CT) in cardiac surgery
