According to the reference guideline of this measures, the score of âOverload for client service/conflictâ and âorganizational supervision/monitoringâ were âwarning/cautionâ level. In workplace violence of preschool teachers, âcustomerâs emotional and sexual violenceâ scored 7.12(±11.84), âcolleagueâs emotional and sexual violenceâ 4.98(±12.34), âcustomer/collegeâs physical violenceâ 1.67(±10.50) and âorganizational support system against violenceâ scored 43.69(±28.87) out of 100.
